Vendor Responsibilities and Terms
Vendor Fee: Vendor agrees to pay a non-refundable fee of $75 to participate in the Galentine’s Day R&B Brunch. Vendor spots can be purchased online via Eventbrite, and payment must be completed by January 11, 2026 to secure participation.
Equipment Provided by Organizer: The Organizer will provide each Vendor with:
One (1) table
Two (2) chairs
Additional Personnel: Each Vendor may bring one (1) assistant to help during the event.
Set-Up and Tear-Down:
Event Guidelines:
Vendors must remain in their designated area for the duration of the event unless directed otherwise by the Organizer.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and professional presentation throughout the event.
Any display or materials must not extend into aisles or other vendor spaces.
Liability:
Vendor assumes all responsibility for products, equipment, and personal belongings.
The Organizer is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to Vendor property.
Vendor agrees to hold the Organizer harmless for any injury, damage, or loss arising from participation in the event.
Compliance: Vendor agrees to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions from the Organizer and venue management. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
